U.K. rock act Art Brut (read more) have officially signed to a U.S. label. The band, which released its debut, Bang Bang Rock and Roll in the U.K. in 2005, have signed with Downtown Records, which will release the album stateside on May 23.
Perhaps as a reward for our patience, the US release will feature three new tracks: “These Animal Me@nswear,” “Really Bad Weekend,” and “Maternity Ward.”
The band is currently on a North American tour and will play Coachella on April 29.
