On March 3, Chappelle will leap back into our arms with Dave Chappelle’s Block Party, a film that features the lost-and-found comedian hosting a massive, free block party in a Brooklyn neighborhood. In the Michel Gondry-directed film, Chappelle unleashes all-new material, and brings in artists like Kanye West, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Common, Dead Prez, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, the Roots, Cody Chesnutt, Big Daddy Kane, and the Fugees for cameos.
While the rest of the world has to wait until tomorrow to check out the film, we’re bringing you a sneak peak. Check out Chappelle talking about the godfather of soul, James Brown, in these exclusive clips, linked in the right-hand column.
