Though only two members of the original band remain, the Who have announced plans to tour and record their first studio album in more than two decades.
The band has revealed details of 13 upcoming shows, all in Europe, and plan to announce a string of North American dates soon, according to Billboard.com.
While no details have been released on the new album, Pete Townshend did mention in his blog that “the Who will be touring and webcasting from Europe, releasing DVDs of every show, and releasing a new CD.”
