Built to Spill to Launch Spring Tour

To support their seventh full-length album, You In Reverse, Built to Spill is launching a 37-date tour. The tour kicks off April 11 in Minneapolis, then wraps up on May 20 in Austin, Tex. You In Reverse will be the band’s first album in half a decade, since 2001’s Ancient Melodies of the Future. As SPIN.com reported last month (read more ), part of the reason for the lengthy hiatus was the band was feeling stale and wanted to “retain the impromptu, organic feel of their jams.” You In Reverse hits stores on the first day of the band’s tour.
