Animal Collective Announces 2006 Tour Dates

It might be hard to see panda bears next year — only a couple U.S. zoos have the cute wee fuzzies — but you can catch Panda Bear, one quarter of the experimental rock band Animal Collective, pretty damn easily. The Animal Collective 2006 tour kicks off in Boston on 2/21; the band is touring in support of Feels. The last date listed right now is 3/20 in Asheville, NC, but a spokesperson for the band says the current list is by no means complete and extra dates will be added in the coming months. Animal Collective will play three shows this month, not connected to their tour, in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
