Usually after ten years of college, you’re a doctor. Unless you’re Rivers Cuomo, that is. Cuomo, who originally enrolled in Harvard University in 1995, is finally getting around to finishing up his English literature degree next semester. The Weezer frontman dropped out in 1996, two semesters shy of graduation, just as his band released their second album, Pinkerton, but he squeezed in one of those semesters right before the release May’s Make Believe. At this point, Cuomo’s projected date of graduation is Spring 2006. Cuomo told Howard Stern that he plans on staying in campus housing when he returns to Cambridge. Rivers might be getting older, but those college girls stay the same age.
