Over five million people watched the exclusive Live 8 concert streams provided by AOLmusic.com There were over 175,000 simultaneous streams, more than a third more than the next most-watched video event. AOL streamed every minute of the concerts in Philadelphia, London, Paris, Berlin, Rome, and Toronto. For those of you who missed the live Live 8, the concerts will be available for on-demand streaming at AOLmusic.com for the next six weeks. Artists who performed in the slew of July 2 shows included U2, Coldplay, Green Day, Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Razorlight, Maroon 5, Dave Matthews Band, Simple Plan, Tegan and Sara, and hundreds more.
