Fashion Field Report: Coachella 2013's Most Stylish Weekend One Fans

We've told you about the 50 Best Things We Saw at Coachella 2013's first weekend, but the bands are only half the story — with 80,000 fans stalking the fest's Indio grounds, there's a bounty of impressively dressed folks catching our eye every day. We sent a photographer out to find the most stylish in the field — here's what he found (with a few hints for how to grab the looks).

The 20 Coolest Tributes to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2013

Call us cynics, but in our world, there are cooler honors than having John Mayer guitar-face one of your songs in front of a bunch of industry vets in suits. While, yes, we will be watching as (we assume) Jerry Cantrell chugs out his best "Barracuda" and Dave Grohl totally doesn't slam out "Tom Sawyer" at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony tonight in L.A. (which airs on HBO May 18), we just want to point out that the best tributes to this year's inductees — Public Enemy, Heart, Donna Summer, Rush, Albert King, and Randy Newman — have probably already happened. No shots, Paul Shaffer.

The 50 Best Things We Saw at Coachella 2013

As usual, the 14th Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival was an sunplosion of reunions, last gasps, buzz band coming-out parties, and Sahara Tent hotnights. Here are the best things we saw, heard, and smelled when we weren't coughing up a litter box worth of desert sand into our notebooks. Coachella 2013 Sunday Field Notes: We Found Molly and the Inexplicably Popular 'Water Bar'

This gigantic snail is actually moving in our midst. Beware, Coachella. You may get slimed.Ghost B.C. took the main stage at the height of the blazing afternoon sun completely covered in black shrouds. Frontman Papa Emeritus II, who wore his traditional cardinal outfit and skull mask, plus a pair of black gloves, wished us a good evening — at 1:30 p.m. — but, as a Nameless Ghoul explained post-show, the group is wickedly jet-lagged, having come to the fest direct from Sweden.Today's afternoon mosh pit brought to you by Cloud Nothings, fist-pumping ferocity imported to Coachella straight from Cleveland, executed by dudes whose T-shirts are fresh from the laundry pile.Someone tie weights to the legs of these wispy DIIV boys. They look like they're liable to blow away in this mild breeze.

Coachella 2013: Wu-Tang Clan, Nick Cave, Rodriguez Lead Sunday's 5 Best Sets

    5. DisclosureTime will have its say when it comes to EDM-pop duo Disclosure's scoring legitimate crossover success in the U.S. — the British brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, neither old enough to drink here, have already scored two major pop hits in England — but their tightly wound and triumphant Gobi Tent-closing set proved they've already laid solid groundwork for building a steady Stateside following. The group played a handful of new tracks off their impending debut album, many of which leaned towards the jittery rhythms and swooning emotionality of UK garage. But when they dropped their big tracks, many in the crowd parroted every word, kept up with the hamster-wheel tempo of "White Noise" and shouted to the big, sweeping moments in "Latch." Founding Deftones Bassist Chi Cheng, 42, Passes Away

Chi Cheng, a founding member of beloved alterna-metal romantics Deftones, has passed away at age 42. Paralyzed and partially conscious, Cheng had been recovering since a car accident in November of 2008.For years, the metal community has banded together to raise money for his family's astronomical medical costs through benefit shows and the family-run foundation oneloveforchi.com. In a post to the website, the bass player's mother, Jeanne "Mom J" Cheng wrote, "This is the hardest thing to write to you. Your love and heart and devotion to Chi was unconditional and amazing. I know that you will always remember him as a giant of a man on stage with a heart for every one of you. He was taken to the emegency room and at 3 am today his heart just suddenly stopped.
