Jason Molina Memorial Concert to Follow Songs: Ohia Reissue

Jason Molina passed away last month, and to commemorate the 15th anniversary of one of the singer-songwriter's most enduring works — 1997's Hecla & Griper EP, released under Molina's Songs: Ohia moniker — Secretly Canadian will reissue the collection on April 30.This upcoming re-release marks the first time that the Hecla & Griper EP will be made available on vinyl, and, what's more, the eight-track effort will be fleshed out with four additional songs: two previously unreleased Songs: Ohia compositions ("Debts" and "Pilot & Friend") and alternate versions of two tracks ("Hearts Newly Arrived" and "One of Those Uncertain Hands") that later cropped up on Songs: Ohia's 1998 LP, Impala. According to Secretly Canadian, this was just one of several projects the label was working on with the late Molina prior to his death last month.

Stream Savages' Intense Debut Album 'Silence Yourself'

Savages have had SPIN's attention ever since their show-stealing performance at last year's CMJ Music Marathon. The post-punks followed that gig by landing on SPIN's 50 Best Things We Saw At Coachella 2013 (frontwoman Jehnny Beth walked off with the "Best Fist Pump" award), dropping the strobe-lit video for "Shut Up," and setting a May 7 release date for their intensely anticipated debut album, Silence Yourself (arriving on Matador Records and Beth's own Pop Noire label). Now fans can hear Savages' first full-length in its nervy, taut entirety, as the camera-shy Londoners have shared the full LP on their website. Stream all of Silence Yourself — from the breakneck chanting of "No Face" to the mournful bass that supports "Waiting for a Sign" — down below.

Hear Braids' Looping 'Amends,' From June 12-Inch Album Preview

Braids' follow-up to 2011's Native Speaker is expected to surface this fall, but fans of the Montreal-based trio only have to wait until June 11 for In Kind // Amends, a 12-inch vinyl featuring new songs "In Kind" and "Amends," both of which are slated for Braids' upcoming sophomore LP. For now, the electronic three-piece have shared the latter track, a spare, danceable looper marked by hazy vocals and pillowy production. The In Kind // Amends 12-inch will feature two exclusive tracks, "Near Enough" and "A Dawn in Me," and will be released via Arbutus Records, the same label responsible for Braids' next full-length. Full Time Hobby will handle the European edition of In Kind // Amends, while Flemish Eye will take care of the Canadian distribution). Pre-orders of the forthcoming short-player are now available.

Watch Fuzz's Punishing 'Fuzz's Fourth Dream' Performance Video

Prolific West Coast garage punk Ty Segall just released "Music for a Film 1" under his own name, but the Bay Area guitar behemoth isn't done yet. Perfectly titled after his new band Fuzz, Segall drops the video for B-Side "Fuzz's Fourth Dream." Directed by Edgar Nelson Obrand and filmed during the Burgerama festival in Orange County, California, the performance clip opens with a brief homage to Woody Allen's Manhattan before cutting to the psych-sludge track. Segall's in the center of it all, pummeling his drumkit and banging his head just as hard.

See Depeche Mode Perform 1986's 'But Not Tonight' Live for the First Time

Depeche Mode are on the cusp of kicking off their much-anticipated world tour in support of the recently released Delta Machine, but the English goth icons dug deep into their three-decade-plus history for a recent club gig in Los Angeles, performing 1986 B-side-turned-A-side "But Not Tonight" live for the first time ever (via Slicing Up Eyeballs).Guitarist Martin Gore handled lead vocals on the Black Celebration leftover, which was originally intended to play backup to Depeche Mode's "Stripped" single before U.S. label Sire flipped the two. Included on the soundtrack to 1986 film Modern Girls, the fan-favorite is a rainy look at existential crisis, but somewhat atypically features delicate piano. And despite the fact that "But Not Tonight" has never been played in front of an audience before, that night, at L.A.'s Troubadour, the crowd knew all the words.
