  • Beyonce I Can't Even Comedy Video Literally Dying

Guy's Girlfriend Is 'Literally Dying' Because Beyonce

There comes a time in every person's life when he or she simply "can't even," and for a lot of us, that moment arrived when Beyoncé surprise-released her exceptional new album, Beyoncé, in December.

  • Onyx 'Whut Whut' Stream Snowgoons Wakedafucup

Stream Onyx's Menacing Boom-Bap Banger 'Whut Whut'

On March 18, the mighty mad-faced crew otherwise known as Onyx make their grand return. We've been tracking the second coming of the '90s boom-bap badasses and thus far the results have been plenty promising. First, there was the titular track from the new album, "Wakedafucup." Then came the gritty video for that heater. And last but hardly least, we heard their collaboration with A$AP Ferg and Sean Price, "We Don't Fucking Care." Now, SPIN is proud to premiere the next taste of the forthcoming LP, "Whut Whut." Produced by Germany's Snowgoons, the brooding new song finds Sticky Fingaz and Fredro Starr trading aggro bars over ominous keys and stormy atmosphere.

  • Tim Hecker The Field No. No... Remix Stream

Tim Hecker Remixes the Field's 'No. No...' and It's Glorious

Two beloved left-field electronic maestros released standout albums last year: Swedish techno-dreamweaver the Field delivered the sublime Cupid's Head, and ambient opus-maker Tim Hecker created the harrowing, trilling Virgins. Now the pair meet as the latter remixes the former's "No. No..." The results are exactly as transcendent as they should be — six and a half minutes of swelling atmosphere, micro-cut angelic voices, crystalline synthesizer work, and subtle pulse. As seen in the YouTube window below, the revision hails from the Kompakt-released Cupid's Head Remixe II EP, which is limited to 500 vinyl copies worldwide. We still think they should've gone with Cupidshead Revisited, but so it goes. Other flips come from John Tejada and TR404.

  • Teen Daze Teases Tour With Gorgeous 'Tokyo Winter'

Teen Daze Teases Tour With Gorgeous 'Tokyo Winter'

Canadian producer Teen Daze, a.k.a. the mononymous Jamison, emerged from the summery haze of the chillwave boom with a more ambient, occasionally chilly sound. His 2012 album All of Us, Together generated a fair dose of praise and two years later, it's spawning a free EP and a European tour. On March 25, the Lefse left-fielder will hit the road. That's also the same day he'll offer up the three-track Paradiso EP for free download. The first taste of that set, which was made from dusted-off two-year-old scraps, can be heard below. "Tokyo Winter" hardly feels like leftovers — it's a gorgeous, nearly eight-minute exploration of hushed beauty and skittering beats. Get into it below, via XLR8R.Paradiso track list:1. "Paradiso"2. • Beyonce 'Drunk in Love' Grandmothers Grannies Video Lyrics

Watch Three Grannies Analyze Beyonce's Serfbort

Okay, so it's not exactly a new idea, but without getting too deep into the sociological implications thereof, there's something evergreen about watching older folks discuss popular music, especially rap. And also, we're always up for another excuse to cover Beyoncé's #serfbort tribute, "Drunk in Love," which most recently spawned an excellent animated emoji interpretation. Above, you can watch three "grandmothers" reacting to the lyrics of purported basketball player Kanye West's remix rendition of the Beyoncé single. The woman in brown seems pretty hip — throw her the deuce, and she'll toss it back — and the granny in gray is along for the ride, but the lady in yellow is anything but mellow. Also, her comment about the size of Jay Z and Mrs. Knowles-Carter's bathtub is pretty on point.

  • DJ Snake Lil Jon 'Turn Down for What' Video

DJ Snake and Lil Jon's 'Turn Down for What' Video Is the Most Turnt

Lil John and DJ Snake's "Turn Down for What" is an undeniable force — the sort of club track that not only inspires ridiculous wilding out on the dance floor, but which also actually kinda sorta comes to define a moment. While trap music has spawned plenty of hits and its production typically feels epic, it's never had an anthem like this. And you've never seen a music video quite as appropriately absurd and absurdly inappropriate as the one above. Directed by the Daniels, who never disappoint, the clip follows an incredibly odd evening in the life of a man who is physically incapable of turning down.

  • Rick Ross Mastermind Billboard Chart Pharrell Girl

Rick Ross Is the Bawse as 'Mastermind' Hits No. 1

First! Rawse is indeed Bawse this week as his sixth album of consequence-free mumble-bragging, Mastermind, nabs the No. 1 slot on the Billboard 200. With 179,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan, the LP becomes his fifth to top the charts, putting the former corrections officer in the same rarified air as DMX and Tupac Shakur. Jay Z has the most No. 1 sets among rappers with 13. Eminem's scored seven. Nas and Kanye West are tied for six. Yeezy actually joined Ross on The Arsenio Hall Show last week to perform "Sanctified." All told, this has been a decent year for Rozay so far, considering in 2013 he was shot at, sued for a bunch of things, dissed by a South African billionaire, and dropped by one of his biggest commercial backers after tripping over his flapping gums.2 to 5: Another artist who seems to have his very own gravitational pull debuts at No. 2.

  • Bryce Hackford 'Another Fantasy' Video Fair

Watch Bryce Hackford's Far Out 'Another Fantasy' Video

On his debut album, Bryce Hackford bridges the bodily experience of the warehouse rave to the brainy territory of avant-guardians like Arthur Russell. And of the six songs contained on Fair there's none more visceral than "Another Fantasy." The nine-minute track is strikingly minimal but entirely absorbing, revolving around a clanging, almost dubby beat that grows in intensity as time passes. Now the Brooklyn-based musician — also a member of Pear Necklace and Behavior — lets loose a very fitting video to accompany "Another Fantasy." "This video was produced through several stages of filtering, using overlaid projections of found nature footage and video feedback, colors filmed and manipulated from an old television screen, and digital post-processing," said director Camilla Padgitt-Coles, a.k.a.

  • Arcade Fire Stevie Wonder Cover Live 'Uptight' Video

Watch Arcade Fire Lovingly Cover Stevie Wonder's 'Uptight'

In case you missed it, Arcade Fire are on the road, cutting a funk-fueled swath through the heart of America. Thus far, the Canadian orch-pop crew have been paying tribute to the states they visit by covering a song from a famous denizen thereof. Earlier this week, we heard them take on Prince's "Controversy" while playing Minneapolis, of course. And now footage has emerged of the Reflektor band performing Stevie Wonder's "Uptight (Everything's Alright)" in Auburn Hills, Michigan (the legendary soul man was born in Saginaw). The visual quality is grainy but the audio is worthy. Moreover, Arcade Fire's rendition is pretty damn fantastic. A snippet of "Here Comes the Night Time" follows. Not entirely off-topic, SPIN recently spoke to member Owen Pallet about scoring sex music for a phone (via Her). Pittsburgh is the next stop, so we can only assume a Christina Aguilera cover is in order.

  • Fenech-Soler 'In Our Blood' James Trystan Remix Stream

Hear James Trystan's Club-Ready Remix of Fenech-Soler's 'In Our Blood'

English outfit Fenech-Soler have been through it. In 2011, singer Ben Duffy was diagnosed with cancer, but doctors caught it early and he wound up beating the thing. Perhaps we should credit that experience with the group's ever-evolving sound — a slightly darkened brand of full-band dance-pop that's prone to earned explosions of brightness. "In Our Blood," which hails from the March 25 Stop and Stare EP, is a prime example of that, and the song gets a club-ready rebirth at the hands of London producer James Trystan. Stream his remix below, and scroll further for tour dates and the short-player's track list. Fenech-Soler are due to release their third full-length album this summer.Stop and Stare track list:1.
