(Obligatory Self-Promotion: ...while you're at it, be sure to follow @SPINmagazine!) This week's winners: Arcade Fire@arcadefire Why You Should Follow: These Canadian indie rockers surprised everyone by beating out Eminem, Lady Gaga, and Lady Antebellum to win the Grammy Album of the Year trophy for The Suburbs. Their win was such a surprise, in fact, that thousands of people took to Twitter to ask, "Um... who are these guys, anyway?" Of course, the people tweeting "WTF?!" could've just Googled the band - or, better yet, visited their Twitter page.

On Wednesday, two ticket presales began, and both sold out almost immediately, leaving fans desperate to score tix--and in some cases, turning to scalper sites like StubHub, which are currently selling tickets to the show at hyper-escalated prices up to $1,500. Well, this infuriated Murphy, who took to Twitter to let off some steam. "1500 for a single ticket?

Terrific Twitter Trio of the Week: 'Skins' Edition!

This week, we've been following some of the stars of Skins, the MTV remake of the popular British TV show about sex, drugs, family, friends, and everything in between. The new series has been controversial in the U.S. because it shows underage actors taking drugs, having sex, and, in one case, running down the street naked with a full erection, which has parents everywhere clutching their pearls. Yet it's actually a toned-down version of the British Skins, which has displeased racier viewers and kept the show from achieving Jersey Shore-size ratings. Regardless of where you stand, Skins' young stars are experiencing their turn in the spotlight.

This week's winners: Kings of Leon's Nathan Followill @doctorfollowill Why You Should Follow: We love a good Twitter feud, and this week, the outspoken Kings of Leon drummer (one of our longtime faves) gave us exactly that. After his band denied Glee creator Ryan Murphy the rights to use their music in an upcoming episode, Murphy responded by telling The Hollywood Reporter: "Fuck you, Kings of Leon.

The L.A. show was well attended, and there were even a few high-profile names present -- gossip blogger Perez Hilton arrived with Katy Perry and Marina and the Diamonds in tow. Music's Top 5 Twitter Events of 2010

Twitter took over the world in 2010. Even people who had previously disdained it -- ahem, Kanye -- started tweeting like crazy and referencing "Twitpics" and "hashtags" in everyday conversation. Lil Wayne used Twitter as a means of keeping up with his fans while serving his prison sentence, Courtney Love posted naked Twitpics of herself, Cee-Lo's "Fuck You" went viral through the social networking site, and a million rabid Justin Bieber fans tweeted death threats at Kim Kardashian after he joked that she was his girlfriend.
