Tool, Dave Matthews Booked to Headline New Rivers Edge Fest

April 6, 2012 – Saint Paul, Minnesota, just got the Dover, Delaware treatment — its own fest, the Live Nation-presented River's Edge Music Festival. Dave Matthews Band and Tool will headline the event's debut June 23-24 at Harriet Island. The bill is legally required to include the Flaming Lips, so they are playing. Puscifer, Delta Spirit, and (Minnesota natives!) Poliça are also on the lineup. …
