Who? Minneapolis' One for the Team purvey the sort of buzzing, playful, unisex indie-pop purported by bands bold older (say, Velocity Girl) and new (Mates of State). But with five members -- led by singer-songwriter/Twin Cities man-about-town/Afternoon Records founder Ian Anderson -- the band's sound arrives more expansive and guitar-based, but equally sunny, cutesy, and keys-driven.
