As far as spin-offs go, New Order's Bernard Sumner has a pretty solid track record. Electronic, his strong '90s collabo with the Smith's Johnny Marr, spawned the U.K. hit single "Get the Message." And remember: New Order itself rose out of the ashes of the legendary Joy Division. Now the singer-guitarist is at it again.
