After playing a benefit show for Sound Strike and doing a short tour of South America last year, Rage Against the Machine are booked to play a show on July 30 in Los Angeles with Rise Against and Muse, according to the Coachella Facebook page. The fest organizers, Goldenvoice, posted a "Save the Date," and said that more bands would be announced to the bill. …

Eddie Vedder's forthcoming solo album will include a collaboration with Cat Power's Chan Marshall on a track titled "Tonight You Belong to Me."
