Jay Rock is one of TDE’s biggest assets, a loud, in-your-face rhymer who counterbalances Kendrick Lamar’s subtleties with brash braggadocios. On his new track “Easy Bake,” Rock links up with K-Dot for a murky, snare-slamming cut that also apparently features TDE’s singer-in-residence, SZA. It comes fresh out the oven from the California rapper’s (reportedly) very upcoming album, 90059, which might be here as soon as next week. Hear “Easy Bake” below and prepare yourself.
