Jack Antonoff Attempts to Pen a Song in Support of Planned Parenthood

Jack Antonoff stars in a new short in support of Planned Parenthood, which is facing possible defunding from Republicans in the Senate. The funny, black-and-white film — which was produced Lena Dunham — sees the Bleachers frontman attempting to think up some rhymes for a song, and drawing a blank. “What rhymes with abortion,” he asks famous friends Alex Karpovsky, John Early, and Sasheer Zamata, who both make fun of him while offering educational information about the scope of the work Planned Parenthood does for women (and men, as the video notes). He manages to pull together the beginnings of a tune that’s catchy — “just like STDs.” Watch the short here, and support Planned Parenthood here if you’re so inclined.
