The IRS has slapped Lil Wayne with a multi-million dollar tax lien, according to the Detroit News. In a filing with Florida's Miami-Dade County Clerk, the rapper is alleged to owe the government $5.6 million in unpaid income taxes from 2008-9. Wayne recently paid off a $1.13 million federal tax lien in December. …
