It's always heartwarming to meet the festival newbies, bands on the up-and-up for whom Lollapalooza is a massively important debut. Missouri's Ha Ha Tonka is one of those bands, no question. Admitting that their previous career zenith was a set at Wisconsin's Bratfest, the band exuded exhilaration about the whole Lollapalooza experience.
