Dead Rider Induce ‘Chills’ With Jumbled ‘Blank Screen’ Video

Chicago oddballs Dead Rider will return on March 18 with Chills on Glass, the foursome’s third album and first for Drag City. (Frontman Todd Rittman is no stranger to the label, of course, having released a number of albums with his ’90s noise-rock unit U.S. Maple through Drag City.) In advance of the upcoming, self-produced effort, Dead Rider have announced a string of U.S. tour dates for the spring and have shared a supremely weird and unsettling video. “Blank Screen” is a contorted, electronic-lathered track from Chills on Glass, and it now has a disjointed, splashy, and choppy visual to match. Watch the clip above and find tour dates below, followed by the track list for Dead Rider’s The Raw Dents follow-up.
