Here’s how to play:

Step 1: Follow JVC Mobile’s Twitter account at http://twitter.com/jvcmobile or follow @JVCMobile.

Step 2: Send a tweet to @JVCMobile that says, “I just followed @JVCMobile to play the #TurnMeOn scavenger hunt #contest, I could win a NAV system for my car! http://spin.com/turnmeon”

Step 3: Look for daily clues which will help you answer the final question on day 5. Clues and question will be posted on @JVCMobile starting at 9am PST on Monday, November 2 for scavenger hunt #1, and November 9 for scavenger hunt #2. You need to follow @JVCMobile to get the clues!

Step 4: Tweet your answer to JVCMobile twitter page by 9pm PST Saturday contest #1: November 7, contest #2 November 14. Sample tweet: "JVCMobile my answer for #TurnMeOn scavenger hunt is _____"

Step 5: Winners will be announced on @JVCMobile twitter page on November 9 & 16.

JVC Mobile Scavenger hunt 2009 RULES:

1. This contest is offered by JVC Mobile and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age. Employees and agents of JVC Mobile and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.

2. Scavenger hunt #1 will begin at 9am PST on Monday, November 2 and finish at 9pm PST on Sunday November 7. Scavenger hunt #2 will begin at 9am PST on Monday, November 9 and will finish at 9pm PST on Saturday November 14.

3. 4 winners, 2 per week! Winners will be chosen at the end of each of week long period. Winners will be announced on Monday November 9 & November 16. Winners will be announced on the JVC Mobile Twitter account.

4. Four Prizes! The prizes are KW-NT1 6.1" touch screen navigation systems (one per winner) http://mobile.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL028476&pathId=126&page=1 or shown in the Turn Me On 2 video http://www.spin.com/turnmeon (or prize of comparable value). We will dispatch the prize within 30 days of the competition closing date of November 16, 2009.

5. To enter the competition you must follow @JVCMobile and send out a tweet from your own Twitter account and include the message “I just followed @JVCMobile to play the #TurnMeOn scavenger hunt #contest, I could win a NAV system for my car! http://spin.com/turnmeon”, the rest of the message is up to you.

6. You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets or methods that appear to be sent by a bot will be disqualified) with as many answers as you like; only correct answers will be considered.

7. We will choose winners randomly from unique tweet with correct answer. Winner must also be following @JVCMobile. Winners will be announced from @JVCMobile twitter account on Monday following the close of each contest (Nov 9 & 16).

8. Entrants' personal details will be used by JVC Mobile strictly in accordance with JVC Mobile’s privacy policy.

9. Neither JVC Mobile nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.

10. If you are selected and contacted by JVC Mobile as a winner, and do not respond after 30 days of the drawing, the prize will be given away through another random drawing.
