On their third studio disc, these floppy-haired Dublin boys continue to savor memories of a California adolescence they never experienced. Teenager overflows with strummy Laurel Canyon guitars and gooey Beach Boys harmonies given a sweet sheen by Beck's producer pal Tony Hoffer.
