Flashing the same sort of polyglot pop skills and omni-vorous appetite as fellow Brooklynites Yeasayer, Restless People ratchet up the BPM and eagerly embody their name. Jackhammering air-horn opener “Days of Our Lives” could be the hipster borough’s first “Get Ready for This” moment. But the foursome also shoplift favela funk (“Constant Panic”) and OutKast’s “Hey Ya” (“Don’t Back Down”), then set off car alarms on “Basic Needs,” as if trying to write the first jock-jam to be played at halftime of a Brooklyn Nets game.
