The host of the popular hip-hop podcast Tax Season has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the deadly shooting at a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza last month, NBC New York reports. Daryl Campbell, better known as Taxstone, was reportedly arrested this morning in Brooklyn.

The shooting took place last May in Irving Plaza’s Green Room just before T.I. took the stage. Three people, including rapper Troy Ave, were wounded in the shooting and one person—Troy Ave’s bodyguard Ronald McPhatter—was killed.

It’s unclear what Cambell’s alleged role in the shooting was, but shortly after the shooting, McPhatter’s brother shared a post on social media that claimed the podcast host fired at both Troy Ave and McPhatter.

In July, Cambell denied any involvement in the shooting. “I don’t know nothing about that shit,” he said in an interview. “I don’t know what’s wrong with people. Shout out to the internet. The internet is crazy.”

NBC New York also reports that Cambell was wanted on a federal warrant charging him with being a felon in possession of firearm.

Troy Ave, born Roland Collins, has been charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He’s pleaded not guilty and has since filed a lawsuit against Irving Plaza and Live Nation, which owns the venue, alleging lax security at the event. Two fans who attended the concert have filed a similar lawsuit against Irving Plaza and Live Nation.
