December 2, 2011 - Sonos joined forces with the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) for an Art Basel kick off party at Miami Beach's Shore Club Hotel. Jon Santos and Venus X DJ'd the late Friday night bash, which also featured theatrics by Brooklyn-based performance artist Narcissister.

In addition to ushering in the start of Miami's annual art week, the event helped to celebrate the release of Sonos' new collaboration with artists from Creative Growth, the Oakland-based art center that serves artists with developmental, mental, and physical disabilities.

For the event, Sonos imprinted works from Creative Growth artists Susan Janow, Donald Mitchell, Gerone Spruill, and Aurie Ramirez, on the grills of Sonos PLAY:5s all-in-one wireless music system speakers.Special edition systems were on display at the event space and were available for purchase throughout the weekend at the NADA Art Fair, with 100% of the proceeds from sales going to support Creative Growth.
