Cealed Kasket, Double Door

In her seven years shooting music events in Chicago, photographer Tasha Schalk, who took all the pics in this gallery, has noticed some things about her city's music scene. "It's incredibly diverse. Every night you can go see a different kind of band playing to different kinds of people." That statement is born out by this shot of Windy City hard-rockers Cealed Kasket, who don medieval costumes for their live show. "This was weird," says Schalk.
