This past Saturday night (Sept. 11), Onitsuka Tiger and SPIN teamed up to hold a VMAs kick-off event at SPiN Hollywood in the Mondrian Hotel. Guests enjoyed a night of ping-pong, and Svedka Vodka cocktails, while listening to tunes spun by electro-pop performer and two-time VMA nominee Dan Black.
Black joined the ranks of Lady Gaga, Coldplay, and Green Day with his noms for Best Special Effects and Breakthrough Video for his visually stunning video for the song, "Symphonies."
Spotted among the guests was Young Veins frontman Ryan Ross.
