SPIN and MySpace joined forces with Rock Band, Cisco Eos, K-Swiss, Fujifilm, and Best Buy Musical Instruments to host an exclusive artist lounge on 6th street in downtown Austin this past week. The invite-only loft was open from Thursday, March 18, to Saturday, March 20, and hosted interviews and acoustic performances from Neko Case and Jakob Dylan, Metric, The Soft Pack, Circa Survive and many others.
One fun addition to the Loft this year: a ping-pong match between bands, sponsored by K-Swiss. Competitors included Brooklyn's Suckers, Fitz and the Tantrums, the xx, among others, read more about the match, and the winners here.
