WATCH ME FALLJay Reatard spent much of 2009 being a pest, blowing Twitter raspberries and bickering with his former backing band. Good thing the brat is at his best when he's got someone to bug. With spiky Dubble Bubble melodies and four-chord cherry bombs, he's a kindred spirit to the Ramones and Buzzcocks, both of whom would've been proud to steal any of Watch Me Fall's peevish, platonically ideal punk tunes.
