NO PURCHASE, TEXT MESSAGE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Eligibility: The Rock the Highway.com Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives & agents of Midas International Corporation and SPIN Media LLC (collectively, “Sponsors”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“Administrator”), Sonicbids Corporation, their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies and franchisees (collectively, "Released Parties") and their immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, and child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. Entrants must comply with these Official Rules.

Two ways to participate between 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 5/28/10 and 11:59 PM CT on 8/31/10 (the “Promotion Period”): 1) Online: Visit RocktheHighway.com during the Promotion Period and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the applicable drawing. 2) Text: During the Promotion Period, text any of the following keywords to “467467” from your SMS capable handset to receive one (1) entry in the applicable drawing: MIDAS, HIGHWAY, ROAD or SONG. NOTE: You will be charged standard text message and data rates for each text message sent from and received by your handset according to the terms of your wireless service agreement. You must be a wireless service subscriber with SMS text messaging functionality to enter via this method. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. Text messaging is not available in all areas. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address and per phone number per day, regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional information requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and inaccurate entries are void. Entrants will be given the option to receive: (a) commercial e-mails from the Sponsor(s); and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from Sponsor(s); however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates does not impact entrant’s chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by the Sponsors and/or Administrator by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, stolen, garbled, mutilated or undelivered entries, transmissions, text messages or email; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or wireless towers; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless, server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, network, electronic, wireless, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or text messages and/or the announcement of the prizes. Any such entries will be void. The use of script, macro, automated entry or similar devices or any other devices that subvert the entry process to participate is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant based on an email address, entrant will be deemed to be the “authorized account holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” of the email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., a business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If any winner is a text message sender, prize will be awarded to the primary individual named on the wireless account from which the text message was sent. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any text message entrant based on a mobile phone number, entrant will be deemed to be the “authorized account holder” of the mobile phone number from which the text message was submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” of the mobile phone number is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the mobile phone number by a wireless service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning wireless phone numbers. In the event a winning “Authorized account holder” is a joint account, a total of one (1) prize will be awarded in the names of the joint account holders. Proof (to Administrator’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Administrator.

Prize Drawings & Entry Periods: Potential prize winners will be selected in three (3) individual random drawings from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period (as defined below). Non-winning entries received for one (1) drawing will carry forward to & be included in subsequent drawings. Prize winners will be notified by email, text message, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Limit one prize per person, family or household. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator in accordance with the Entry Periods outlined below:

Prize Details: Three (3) Grand Prizes (one (1) Grand Prize per Entry Period): Each winner will receive one (1) $1,000 American Express® gift card, one (1) XM XpressRCI Satellite Radio receiver with car kit and a 1-year XM Satellite Radio subscription (XM Satellite Radio subscription to be awarded in the form of a $205 gift card), one (1) Flip Video™ camcorder and two (2) VIP tickets to a Music Festival. Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,800 each. If winner cannot attend any one of the Music Festivals from the list provided by Sponsors, winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsors’ discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected. Music Festival admission tickets are non-transferable and will be deemed void if sold, transferred, auctioned or assigned to any third person. Music Festival tickets are subject to certain terms & conditions as specified thereon. Winner & guest agree to comply with all applicable festival rules & regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Winners are responsible for transportation to/from the Music Festival. Nine (9) First Prize winners (three (3) First Prizes per Entry Period): Each winner will receive a set of four (4) Bridgestone or Firestone passenger tires with installation at a participating Midas location (passenger tires not to exceed $499 and installation not to exceed $100). Seventy-Five (75) Fifth Prize winners (twenty-five (25) fifth prizes per Entry Period): Each winner will receive a Die cast 1:25 replica 1957 Chevy Bel Air. ARV: $75. Seventy-Five (75) Sixth Prize winners (twenty-five (25) Sixth Prizes per Entry Period): Each winner will receive a $25 ExxonMobil gift card. ARV: $25. Exact make and model of prizes to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein. By entering, each entrant agrees that, if selected as a winner, he/she will provide Sponsors and/or Administrator with all information required for Sponsors and/or Administrator to complete the appropriate tax forms and related documents (if any), including, without limitation, a Form W-9. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Terms, conditions and restriction on gift cards may apply, as determined by issuer. Total ARV of all prizes: $29,166. Limit one (1) prize per person. All prize details are subject to change at Sponsors’ sole discretion. All prizes claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will be awarded. Only the advertised number of prizes will be awarded in accordance with the criteria above. Each entrant agrees that Sponsors and/or Administrator has the sole right, authority and discretion to determine the winners of the Sweepstakes and to resolve all matters or disputes arising from the Sweepstakes and that their determination is final and binding.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules). Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where permitted by law, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. If any Grand Prize winner is 18 or older, as required, but a minor in his or her state of residence, such winner’s parent or legal guardian must sign all required releases and consents. Each Grand Prize winner’s guest must be at least 18, unless the child or legal ward of the respective Grand Prize winner. Guest (or winner if the guest is a minor) must execute and return a liability and publicity release (where permitted by law) prior to issuance of Music Festival tickets. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, failure to return such documents within the specified time period, or the return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner for the applicable drawing, at Administrator’s sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries received for such drawing. By participating, each entrant agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements; (2) that Sponsors and their designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name (first and last), voice, statements, address (city and state of residence), photograph, and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; (3) that the Released Parties and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or attendance at Music Festival or activity related thereto) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes; (4) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (5) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (6) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees. Administrator and/or Sponsor(s), as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, Administrator and/or Sponsor(s), at their discretion, may select winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from those eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to event requiring such termination. Administrator and/or Sponsor(s), as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person and void all associated entries of any person who they believe has tampered, or attempted to tamper, with the entry process, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions impair the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSORS, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW. All entrants agree that the law of Illinois, the state of Midas International Corporation’s corporate offices, shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either federal or state courts located in the state of Illinois.
