tokio hotel are no joke they really speaks to ppl and they really get to me so i vote for tokio hotel to be the ablum of the year and best music video. Dudes im a girl and i know a gay guy when i see him but bill is no gay guy at all he is a full man because he wants a girl he could trust and he would never hurt her like you weird men out their in the world so you should think as him as a great hot role model and just to let you know even though his music doesnt make sense to you doesnt mean you could start calling him gay if you dont even know the guy. so think about that when you start talking about someone you dont even know for real.And guess what guys your girlfriends may want a guy like bill instead of you.

The weird thing about Tokio Hotel.. they can win awards they're not even nominated for. And that's all becauase of the fans, and even though I've never really fell for Tokio Hotel's music.. we've gotta give creds to the incredible fans that voting for them in polls/competitions they're not even nominated in. I actually think that's so cool. I just got to hear that Tokio Hotel is on the third place in like three categories in the poll THIS year too, and they're not nominated now either..
Say what you want about Tokio Hotel, but their fans seriosly are incredible. I'm chocked. Tokio Hotel should be lucky with that fans, they will never let them go. And if you take a look at the EMA/VMA.. they always wins what they're nominated for, and if they're not nominated they spam mtv.com. Cool is the only word I got for them right now. Tokio Hotel's hardcore-fans FTW!

Maybe u don't see anything special in them but a lot of people do and i dont think its about finding something interesting or special about it, its about relating to them or something like that and if theres an artist that doesn't need help in their songs, well i congratulate them, but in my opinion I think every artist needs at least a little bit of help with their songs.

I agree with the Pearl Jam part. They are unrivaled as a live band still to this day...I'm kinda surprised that they're even mentioned though, with the absolute sh#t musicians such as Lady Gaga that people torture their ears with. There is no fu-*ing way she even comes close to ANY of the other artists on here. But nice job readers, @ least most of you have some good taste.
Jay-Z is still one of the best (alive). Metallica may not be as metal as they used to be, but they did perfect it. To anyone that accuses Metallica of being un-Metal, I'll remind you that none of the "metal" bands out there today would even exist without "Kill 'Em All" or "Ride the Lightning". If you weren't busy being born in the late 80's or 90's you would probably know that...get your diploma first, then discuss music.
I don't know about hottest female, but Katy Perry is pretty fu-!ing hot.

And I find it funny as well how closely sex and music are now related in today's society. (I did a really good essay on it in grade 10, I wish I still had it).
Also most ppl who won its more about publicity then the actual music. Don't get me wrong, but its still about music, but more about whos **** who and who spent money on what and who's doing the most interviews and attending the most Hollywood parties and crap.

Well u gotta keep in mind that a lot of the bands that won only won b/c a lot of ppl voting don't have any music back round or talent (not saying everyone, but a good majority). ie. u ask them to play a G major arpeggio scale crescendo and all the way up and decrescendo down, they'll then look at u like a deer stuck in head lights for about a minute.
And I feel actually bad for them b/c they wont really get a feel for music and experience things when listening to music that lots of knowledgeable ppl do.
