2012 “SPIN and Red Bull Summer Social Instagram” Contest
Submission Requirements
• You must be at least 21 to submit an entry.
• Entry must be your original work.
• Caption must be in English.
• Photo may not have been previously published and may not have previously won any award.
• Photo must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
• No band, artist or celebrity should be recognizable in any photo and any photo that includes recognizable bands, artists or celebrities will be void.
• If a photo contains any material or elements that are not owned by you, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, you must have obtained, prior to submitting it, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the photo including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the entry. Sponsor may request proof of these permissions from you at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render entry null and void.
• If photo was taken by someone other than yourself, you must have the permission of that person to submit it.
• Entries must be free of profanity, references to drugs and sex and otherwise be in good taste and suitable for viewing by persons of all ages.
• Entries cannot contain any offensive, obscene or sexually suggestive material, propaganda, potentially misleading information, or defamatory or disparaging material about the Contest Entities or their products, other people or companies, or endorse any form of hate or hate group or terrorist activity, or discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, disability, handicap, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
• Entries cannot directly promote or speak negatively about any particular faith, political action, legislation or party, or promote or encourage the violation of any law.
• Photo must be less than 4 MB in size and must be submitted in one of the following formats: .jpg, .png, and .gif.
• Entry must be received by 11:59 pm ET on July 18, 2012 to be eligible.
• Limit 1 entry per person.
Please note that we have the right, but not the obligation, to review and monitor entries. If we determine (through our own review or third-party notice) that an entry does not comply with the requirements set forth in these Submission Guidelines or the Contest Rules or is otherwise inappropriate, the entry may never be posted or may be removed from the website without notice to the entrant.
