White Stripes Expose ‘Icky’ Tracklisting

The White Stripes have announced a complete tracklisting for their forthcoming 13-song set Icky Thump, dropping this June via Warner Bros., CMJ.com reports. “Prickly Thorn, But Sweetly Worn,” “300 MPH Torrential Outpour Blues,” and “A Martyr for My Love for You,” among others, will join previously reported (read more) tracks on the follow up to 2005’s Get Behind Me Satan. Icky Thump, the Stripes’ sixth album to date, will run 48 minutes and will feature bagpipe instrumentation.

Although much speculation has arisen regarding the White Stripes’ summer North American tour, no dates have yet been announced, but a band website post confirms the outing will include “all 10 provinces and 3 territories of Canada as well as the remaining 16 states of United States the band have yet to play.” Furthermore, the post reveals the tour will commence in Tennessee, likely following band’s performance at Bonnaroo June 17.
