After teasing a trailer for the video “Sing,” My Chemical Romance finally premiered the Gerard Way co-directed video early this morning – and the clip is an action-packed five minute sci-fi epic. Check it out below.

My Chem assume the role of the Fabulous Killjoys gang and “Sing” picks up where their first video for “Na Na Na” left off. Here, they hit the road in a Trans Am to rescue a little child who’s held hostage by some evil corporate overlords dubbed Better Living Industries. The clip culminates with the Killjoys getting in a full-blown laser gun shootout that leaves Way dead on the floor. WTF?

My Chem are on this month’s cover of SPIN. Head here to get full details on the cover story – and head here to check out a history of My Chemical Romance in photos.
