Just last week, we brought you audio of the War on Drugs covering John Lennon's "Mind Games" at a New York City show. On Sunday, March 30, the Philly psych outfit treated Portland to an even better rendition of the 1973 song, thanks to the added vocals of My Morning Jacket's Jim James. As Stereogum notes, the performance came at the beginning of the War on Drugs' two encores, with the gig also featuring most of their SPIN Essential album Lost in the Dream. Enjoy it above.
