As we discovered last weekend at Lollapalooza, the Dell Summer Rocks Dome, part of Dell's face-melting, show-stopping road trip to all the biggest music festivals, is the ideal locale to chill out between shows. The Dome not only offers fans solace from the pounding sun, but plenty of activities with tattoo artists, button-making, live painting, loads of computers and much more. And this weekend the Dome is headed to Baltimore's Pimlico Race Course for the Virgin Mobile Festival!
