The star-jammed soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann's new movie updating F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby continues to drip out in tidbits too small to reveal much about the music's quality. Oh, sure, Fergie's full "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody," abetted by Q-Tip and GoonRock, was immediately recognizable as "an obnoxiously loud, prototypically LMFAOian dance track," per SPIN's Daniel Kreps. But the snippets of Beyoncé and André 3000's cover of Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black," Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful," and Florence + the Machine's "Over the Love" aired in recent trailer only offer a promise of opulent melancholy; it's too soon to say whether the full tracks will fulfill that promise.

Now up above you'll find a six-minute sampler from the May 6 album, offering sneak peeks at the xx's "Together" (surprise, it's hushed, skeletal electro-pop!), Gotye's "Hearts a Mess" (this one's more "Somebody That I Used to Know" than "I Feel Better"), and Jack White's "Love Is Blindness" (oh, wait, it's just the U2 cover he did for a magazine a year and a half ago), among others. White's track also appears at greater length in a previous trailer, but this time you can hear it without the actors' dialogue over it.

Notably, Interscope has withheld the full version of Beyoncé and André 3000's "Back to Black." And as far as we know the label has yet to share even a morsel of Jay-Z's "100$ Bill." Open letter: We'd like to hear that.
