The-Dream's long-awaited new album IV Play is now available to be streamed in full through the singer's VEVO account, or via the video playlist above. Though his fourth solo effort may be a bit of a dip from his classic first three albums, IV Play has a number of killer tracks ("Too Early," "Michael," "IV Play") and will likely be one of the best R&B records of 2013. That said, it hasn't been an easy road for a guy who can still write smashes for the world's top pop stars — last month, SPIN profiled the commercial struggles of the self-proclaimed Radio Killa.

As we mentioned yesterday, another of the album's strengths is "Where Have You Been," a duet with Kelly Rowland. Last night, The-Dream and the former Child of Destiny took the stage on The Tonight Show for a lovely performance of the song. Watch it below.
