We trippy mane.

Chicago mutant bass duo Supreme Cuts are a truly modern confection, taking the clashing, epileptic rhythms of Chicago's bustling footwork scene (as written about in this essential feature from the latest issue of SPIN) and whisks them off to chiller pastures — waterfalls of reverb, hissy illwave wooshes, Kate Bush hill-scaling atmospherics, Southern-rap Codeine crooners, and Karate Kid pump-up music. Their debut album, Whispers in the Dark, is due out on Dovecote tomorrow, but you can stream the whole thing below and spend your Monday afternoon swirling off into a sea of skipping beats and goopy sauna-hop.
