The always visually arresting St. Vincent has dropped a new video for “Birth in Reverse,” which is taken from this year’s self-titled release (which happens to be one of the 50 Best Albums of 2014). Directed by Willo Perron, the clip is a metallic montage of a silver-haired Annie Clark robotically singing into the camera, then slo-mo headbanging and shredding in a dim, smoke-filled room. The end result isn’t too far off from this. Check it out above.
