Over the long summer jet setting between music festivals, bouncing from the lush Tennessee farmlands of Bonnaroo to the metropolitan, family friendly environs of Seattle's Bumbershoot, SPIN.com sat down with a select pool of artists backstage to discuss our special October issue on 1977, the year punk broke.
