Michael Jackson is being honored today with a star-studded tribute at Los Angeles' Staples Center. Some 17,000 fans won tickets to the event, where celebrities and fellow musicians will be on hand to pay their respects, including Kobe Bryant, Jennifer Hudson, Magic Johnson, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson, Usher, Mariah Carey, and Stevie Wonder.

I watched part of the live stream...
I know he was a HUGE HUGE force in pop culture and one of the best performers and entertainers the world has seen....
