Check out this inspiring piece of rap dorkery, as the crew from internet culture vultures Slacktory cut up the long history of rappers spelling their names, from M-A-S-T-E-R G-with-the-double-E up through the N-A-S, of course. It's certainly not exhaustive, missing a huge chunk of rap between 1979 and 1986, a time when spelling your name in your raps was at its statistical peak, but the Slacktory dudes are humorists not scientists, and we'll forgive them for creating such an engrossing C-L-I-P.
