Gear up to enter the mosh pit with Shadows Fall, who have been unleashing webisodes depicting the making of Threads of Life, their Atlantic Records release slated to descend April 3. The latest web segment follows drummer Jason Bittner, who, despite maniacally thrashing his kit, described his noisemaking contribution as wholly methodical. "We really took our time making the drums sound as strong as possible without having to add anything to it," he explained in the clip. And drumming was an exercise in patience for the beatkeeper, who vented his frustrations with bleeped-out expletives resonating like drum solos.
