In the time since his 2011 debut as SBTRKT, London-based producer Aaron Jerome has largely focused his musical efforts on a number of short-form releases that he called Transitions, but today it appears that interstitial period is over. With a creepy teaser video and a twitchy, Ezra Koenig-featuring lead single called "New Dorp, New York," Jerome announces the release of his sophomore LP, Wonder Where We Land.

The new single, the title of which ostensibly references a small neighborhood in New York's most distant borough, largely abandons the highwire electro-pop tactics of SBTRKT in favor of something far stranger and more nefarious. Listen to the new track below via Details of My Life (it's a BBC radio rip, so enjoy it while it lasts) and watch an equally creepy teaser clip above which pulls from the album art.
