  • After announcing their departure from their label, Sire, and canceling their entire 2011 fall tour, Against Me! are righting their ship: frontman Tom Gabel has revealed that Jay Weinberg (son of E Street Band drummer Max) will join the band as drummer, replacing stick man George Rebelo of Hot Water Music.   • Lady Gaga says she’ll release the first single from her forthcoming album Born This Way in February. The singer has also offered an update about the album’s direction: “[It’s like] bad kids going to church, having fun on a high level,” she says. [LadyGaga Net]

  • Bob Dylan‘s handwritten lyrics for his 1963 song “The Time They Are A-Changin'” will hit the auction block on December 10 and are expected to fetch between $200,000-$300,000. The lyrics are written in pencil on a piece of notebook paper and are signed “by Bob Dylan.” [AP]
