Ryan Adams on ‘Rollins’ Tonight

Tonight (April 20), punk rock icon and performing cultural critic Henry Rollins resumes the second season of his weekly late night residency on IFC with the second episode of The Henry Rollins Show. And extraordinarily prolific downtown countrified rocker Ryan Adams is tonight’s guest on the season’s second episode.

Beginning at 11 P.M. EST/8 P.M. PST on IFC, Rollins will serve up an eclectic and entertaining mix of insightful interviews and musical performances, the latter satisfied by Ryan Adams, who, along with his band the Cardinals, delivers a blazing rendition of the bluesy southern-fried rocker “What Sin Replaces Love,” from the band’s wildly acclaimed record, Jacksonville City Nights.

Check out a snippet of the band’s performance pulled from tonight’s episode and don’t forget to tune in. With a lively combination like Adams and Rollins, who knows what could happen.
