Ryan Adams and Elvira Get Spooky in 'Gimme Something Good' Video

The North Carolina-born singer-songwriter will issue his self-titled solo album September 9

Aside from producing for Jenny Lewis and palling around with Lou Barlow, Ryan Adams has also been working on a new self-titled solo album, his 14th, which will hit stores on September 9 via Pax-Am Records. Monday night he shares a stark, yet campy, clip starring famed horror film presenter and B-movie character Elvira. Featuring some simple, stone-faced vocalizing from Adams and spooky stares from the Mistress of the Dark herself, it's not an entirely self-serious clip, but it's unsettling despite the fact that it's paired with delicately twanging electric guitar.
