When Robyn and Röyksopp land in the United States this summer, brace for some as yet unreleased music. The Swedish singer, fresh off a welcome collaboration with Neneh Cherry, hints at the prospect in a statement. "I'm working on a lot of music at the moment and whatever is finished might be something I put into the set list," she says.
The Konichiwa Records boss and the Norwegian electronic duo, who teamed on 2009 single "The Girl and the Robot," have a shared a trailer video for their upcoming tour. In it, you can sample a new Robyn song that a setlist flashing over the screen confirms is titled "Sayit." Perhaps the best description comes from "Dancing on My Own" mastermind herself: "As usual I just hope people want to dance. I see pink lasers."
Robyn and Röyksopp have also added three new U.S. dates to their "Röyksopp and Robyn Do It Again Tour 2014." Plus, bear in mind that the two have been in the studio together. Check out their itinerary below, and scroll down to watch their set — including "Sayit" — at Norway's UKA festival last October.
