In news that should surprise no one, Rihanna is exhausted. The singer, who's been working nonstop — on tour supporting her November 2010 disc Loud, in the studio recording November 2011 LP Talk That Talk, as a guest on Coldplay's latest album, on Twitter as a self-promoting force of nature — finally hit the wall on her European tour and was brought to the hospital suffering from the flu. The singer tweeted a photo of her arm hooked up to an IV with the note "Sorry Malmo!," a reference to the show in Sweden she nixed Monday night.

"I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo, Sweden," she said in a statement, per Reuters. "I was so excited to perform for you all. It would have been a great time ... so much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I'm really disappointed I couldn't be there." Concert organizers said a doctor declared RiRi "was not capable of carrying out the concert."

On October 30, a fan tweeted to ask if Rihanna was finished working in the studio that night and the singer replied, "Nope! And its abt to be 8am, lol." The 23-year-old star, who's managed by Jay-Z's Roc Nation team, has put out an album every year since 2005 except 2008. When Talk That Talk arrives on November 18, it'll mark her third straight November release in a row. Since July, she's made and released three videos, for "Man Down," "Cheers (Drink to That)," and "We Found Love." She's just justifiably, understandably, drained.
